MATCH DAY:
We are thrilled to announce that our Diagnostic Radiology program has received a complement increase from the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)! Our complement has increased to a total of 32 Diagnostic Radiology residents, resulting in 8 diagnbostic radiology residents per class. This allows us to match an additional two residents in the Match cycle starting July 2024. We are also happy to announce that an additional Integrated Interventional Radiology residency position has been approved by the ACGME, bringing the total number of Integrated Interventional Radiology residents at UCI to eight.
These achievement are a testament to the hard work and dedication of faculty and residents who consistently go above and beyond in pursuit of excellence. Every individual plays an integral role in our program’s success. Our unwavering commitment to patient care, research, and education is an integral part of the UCI Health’s mission of “Discover. Each match represents a culmination of years of hard work and a shared passion for advancing the field of radiology.
