For Patients

Most interventional imaging services and diagnostic exams can be scheduled within five business days. We make every effort to accommodate urgent requests within two days. In addition, we provide some imaging services on a walk-in basis.

All procedures are performed Monday-Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Please note that a written request (pdf) from your physician is required for all radiology procedures.

When making your appointment, please tell the scheduler if you have any allergies or if you had an allergic reaction during a previous CT or MR procedure. Also tell the scheduler if you have any special needs, such as assistance with language.

When you come for your exam, please bring:

• • • A list of all your current medications
    • Your insurance card and some identification that has your picture on it
    • If your physician gave you a written request for the procedure, bring that request form with you as well

X-Ray exams are performed on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday at 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the following locations:
