The application process is divided into applications for Non-MATCH fellowship positions and MATCH fellowship positions. Depending on the fellowship you would like to apply to, please click on the following Fellowship Application Procedure to find a list of the documents you need as well as the link to apply.

    Applications will be manage through our online Academic Personnel System, AP Recruit. Visit the recruitment link below for the subspeciality you are applying for. All documents will be submitted via AP Recruit. If you are applying to one or more programs, please make sure to apply separately.

      MATCH Fellowship Application Procedure

      Interventional Radiology – Independent : We will have 1 ESIR position available for the 2023/2024 academic year. Applications will be accepted starting December 1st, 2021. Please apply through ERAS. 

      Neuroradiology: We will have 2 positions available for the 2023/2024 academic year. Applications will be accepted starting December 1st, 2021. Please apply through ERAS.

      • Copy of USMLE/COMLEX Transcripts
      • Copy of Medical School Transcript
      • Copy of MSPE (Dean’s Letter)

      National Resident Matching Program:

      The ACGME-Accredited Fellowship Programs at UC Irvine will follow the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) Schedule of Dates for radiology.

      NOTE TO ALL APPLICANTS :

      At the time of matriculation, it is mandatory to have a valid State of California medical license in order to participate in the fellowships. Non-ACGME fellows will also be required to obtain a fluoro license prior to starting.
