UCI Radiology Diversity Internship 2024

The Department of Radiology at UCI recognizes that there is a lack of diversity and equity in the field of radiology in regard to both researchers and clinicians. A more diverse radiology team can address the concerns of and expand healthcare access for diverse communities, especially those that are traditionally underserved. Our department is looking to foster a diverse and inclusive environment by increasing trainee diversity through improved recruitment processes. We seek to engage with students of diverse backgrounds to promote an interest in radiology. As such, we have established a radiology summer internship for underrepresented medical students.
